Processing Times

Presale Items: Our presale items typically become available to pre-order 15-30 days prior to being readily available on modmythmedia.com Presale processing times vary, but will NEVER exceed 30 days and will always be shipped priority within 3-5 business days of processing completion.

Custom Shoes: Our custom shoes are made to order and this requires more processing time than our other items. Please allow up 15 days of processing times prior to shipping.

For Headwraps, jewelry(non-presale), apparel: Our main accessories require 3-5 of processing time before shipment.

For our home essentials & tapestries: Some of our items in our home essentials department are provided to our customers through our reliable vendors. Processing time before shipment is 5-8 business days.

Shipping Times

If your item(s) are not in stock or becomes sold old upon your checkout, you will be contacted and refunded for the missing items. If you choose to be alerted when we restock the item you wished to purchase we will absolutely do so.

After your items have processed they will be shipped within 5-8 business days or sooner.

Return Policy

We only offer 100% refunds on non-personal items such as jewelry and home decor. All custom items and head wear are not eligible for return or refund unless damaged in transit.
